• Appointments can be made online via Cliniko, by phone, or in person.

• You are responsible for ensuring your contact details are accurate.

• Appointment confirmation and reminders are sent via email and/or SMS.

We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments where clinically necessary.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

• We accept EFTPOS, credit card, and approved health fund claims.

• Outstanding accounts must be settled before future appointments can be booked.

4. Health Information & Consent

By attending an appointment, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You must provide accurate and complete health information.

• You will inform your practitioner of any changes to your health.

• You consent to assessment and treatment within the practitioner’s scope.

• You understand that results vary and no outcome can be guaranteed.

You may withdraw consent at any time.

6. Clinical Scope & Limitations

Our practitioners operate within their professional scope and may:

• Decline treatment if it is unsafe or inappropriate

• Refer you to another practitioner or medical provider

• Request further information or imaging before continuing care

We do not diagnose medical conditions outside our scope.
