CANCELLATION POLICY 

Please note we require minimum 12 hours’ notice for cancellations.

 

Late cancellations will attract a minimum fee of $45, or non-attendance will attract a minimum fee of $85.

If you are running late to your appointment please let us know via text or phone call if you can. If you arrive late to your appointment your time will be shortened otherwise this will impact other patients following you. A full appointment fee will be applicable.

Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the clinic's discretion.
