Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure certain appointments, including extended consultations, new patient bookings, and high‑demand time slots. This deposit is credited toward your appointment fee but is not refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation, rescheduling, or non‑attendance. If you provide more than 12 hours’ notice to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment at the clinic’s discretion. Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations or missed appointments.
