No Show/Rescheduling Policy

NO-SHOW/MISSED APPOINTMENT POLICY 

If you don't show up for your appointment, we'll give you a call or text to make sure that everything is ok.  

When you miss an appointment without calling this can impact other patients and scheduling of the clinic, especially in peak times.  

If you don't show or you miss an appointment, The Joint & Muscle Co will charge the full amount of your treatment fee. An invoice will be forward to you for prompt payment.   

Late cancellation & missed appointment fees are not subject to any rebate from Medicare, DVA, private health insurance or Work-Cover. ​ 

 

 DO YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT? 

We also know that life happens, and at times you may need to reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling is made so much easier with our online booking system.  

To reschedule online:

Visit our website, thejointmuscleco.com. Click on “Book Now”, then click on “I am an existing patient”, then choose the service you need to change ie Chiropractic, then select “Follow Up Appointment”, then select the practitioner whose appointment you need to change. Pick a new date / time for your appointment, then provide your details. In the comments box advise what appointment you need to cancel then click on “Complete Booking”. The admin staff will take care of the rest.

Call our clinic on 07) 54 978 941 or 0418 883 792 to speak with our admin staff who will be more than happy to organise another appointment for you.
