Supporting Health Care after Service

Firstly, thank you for your service.

We want you to know that we genuinely respect the physical load your body has carried through your years of service.

Many veterans we meet are dealing with long‑term tension, stiffness, or pain that comes from load carriage, body armour, repetitive tasks, and the sheer demands of military life.

Our role is to understand your story, listen to what your body has been through, and work with you in a way that feels supportive and steady.
Chiropractic care can help improve mobility, reduce stiffness, and make day‑to‑day movement more comfortable. We take a gentle, whole‑person approach so you feel safe, informed, and never rushed.
You’ve spent years looking after others. Our goal is to help you feel supported while you look after yourself.

Gold Card Holder - What It Means For Chiropractic Care

A Gold Card gives you access to clinically‑necessary chiropractic treatment for all health conditions, not just those related to service.

When a GP provides the required referral, chiropractic visits can be billed directly to DVA, meaning there is no out‑of‑pocket cost for you.

This card represents the highest level of DVA healthcare support and allows you to receive ongoing care that helps you stay mobile, comfortable, and active.

A valid GP referral is required before treatment begins.

White Card Holder - What It Means For Chiropractic Care

A White Card covers chiropractic treatment only for conditions that DVA has formally accepted as service‑related.

Once a condition is approved and a GP referral is in place, chiropractic care can be provided and billed to DVA.

A valid GP referral is required before treatment begins.

What a DVA Treatment Cycle Is

A DVA treatment cycle is a set period of care that begins when a GP (or approved referrer) issues a referral for chiropractic care.

Each cycle allows up to 12 sessions OR 1 year, whichever comes first.

When the cycle ends, you must return to you GP for a new referral before further treatment can continue.

The GP can approve as many cycles as clinically necessary, with no annual limit.

This structure ensures your care remains coordinated and regularly reviewed.

How Billing Works

With your DVA card and a current GP referral, we bill DVA directly for your chiropractic visits.

There’s no gap fee and nothing you need to pay on the day.

Just bring your card and referral, and we’ll handle the rest so your care stays simple and stress‑free.
